Every member receives an annual comprehensive personalized Health and Fitness Assessment designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of your current physical condition.

We have set hours throughout the week where a licensed healthcare professional is available to monitor and assist you with your fitness program.

 You will have a variety of classes to choose from to accommodate your interests.  Each of our classes is taught by one of our MedFit professionals.

You will have the opportunity to take part in one or more of our specialized fitness programs, directed by our physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.

Our "smart" equipment is programmed to adjust to your prescribed workout.  Each machine greets you by name, sets resistance, counts reps, and adjusts your workouts to challenge you as you improve.

Aqua Fit sessions are available for post-recovery, weight control, or general fitness.  Our underwater treadmill system provides private, one-on-one training to ensure your specific goals are achieved.

We offer a free 15-minute injury screening with one of our physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, or nurses for any new injury or aggravation.

Every quarter we will hold a 1 to 2-hour educational seminar covering a variety of health and fitness-related topics.

   Solo-Step® is an overhead track-and-harness system designed to protect patients from falling during the rehabilitation and post-recovery process while giving them the confidence they need to break through barriers in a safe environment.
