 Medical Fitness Solutions offers set hours throughout the week where a licensed healthcare professional is available to monitor and assist you with your exercise program.  If you would prefer to schedule additional time for one-on-one supervision or a consultation with either our medical fitness professionals (MedFit Trainers) or Personal Trainers, these are available either with our MedFit Plus membership packages or can be purchased separately.
